1. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging in coaching services with Kate Coates -Coaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and are hereto refered to as 'the Client'.

2.Coaching Services: Kate Coates - Coaching provides coaching sessions and resources to the Client to assist in achieving their goals. The services are delivered based on the specific program selected by the Client.

3. Client Responsibilities: The Clients is responsible for their own decisions and actions. Kate Coates - Coaching is not liable for the consequences of client decisions or actions.

4. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. Kate Coates - Coaching will not disclose client information without explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation: Coaching sessions are scheduled between the Kate Coates -Coaching and the Client. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without proper notice will be charged the full cost of a coaching session.

6. Fees and Payments: The Client agrees to pay the specified fees for Kate Coates -Coaching services. Payments must be made on time as per the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of services.

7. Subscription Terms: Subscriptions for Kate Coates -Coaching services are billed on a weekly basis. The subscription fee will be automatically charged to the payment method provided by the Client at the beginning of each weekly billing cycle. The Client may cancel their subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial weeks of service. By subscribing, the Client authorises the automatic charging of the provided payment method on a recurring weekly basis until the subscription is cancelled.

8 . Refunds: Refunds are not provided for coaching services once sessions have commenced. Any requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by the Client and will be considered by Kate Coates -Coaching on a case-by-case basis.

9. Termination: Either party may terminate Kate Coates -Coaching services with written notice. If the Client chooses to terminate services, any remaining fees for the agreed-upon term are still payable.

10. Intellectual Property: All coaching materials and resources provided by Kate Coates - Coaching are the intellectual property of Kate Coates. The client may use these materials for personal use only and may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

11. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia.

12. Amendments: Kate Coates - Coaching reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The Client will be notified of any changes.

Acceptance: By payment and engaging in coaching services with Kate Coates - Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
